Our Levels of Care for Substance Use Recovery

At The Plymouth House, we offer multiple levels of care for those seeking substance use treatment. We aim to make the most effective recovery programs accessible in one place. While The Plymouth House is not affiliated with Alcoholics Anonymous, we have found the 12 Steps to be an extremely effective tool for helping individuals transform their lives.

The Plymouth House Process is a powerful combination of 12-Step work and therapy. Each phase naturally progresses to the next.

In the first phase, residential inpatient treatment, guests work the first three steps. In the second phase, our partial hospitalization program (PHP), guests focus on steps 4 through 7. These two phases complete our primary care program.

Following graduation, guests can continue with our extended care program, volunteer for our monitor program, or attend an outside IOP. The Plymouth House has wonderful relationships with several outside IOP program providers and is happy to help transition guests to those programs.

Substance Use Treatment Therapies

In addition to our detoxification program, we offer addiction treatment and drug rehab options for those residing in the Grafton County area.
